Grounded was founded from the crossroads of five individuals from different professional backgrounds, who came together to channel a shared collective desire: creating an honest sanctuary. Amidst the pressure of deadlines and tedious personal routines, this space transforms into a meaningful outlet for them to escape, share ideas, and build their dreams together. From the very beginning, the collective behind Grounded believed in a simple premise—that a cup of coffee always holds a greater magic than just a black liquid commodity; it is a fluid medium that brings people together, sparks genuine conversations, and opens wide the doors to new friendships, collaborations, and cross-disciplinary opportunities.

Personal touches such as neatly arranged diecast collections, a dedicated board games corner, and other micro-details throughout the room successfully inject an atmosphere that is intimate, authentic, and far from rigid. The dominant green palette wrapping the walls was chosen with intention; it serves as a visual symbol of harmony and growth, reflecting their grand vision of building a creative ecosystem that evolves naturally together with its community.
